Since 1985, Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar has been a beloved gathering spot for the Summit, New Jersey, community. This winter and spring, we’re celebrating with a lineup of rewind dishes that showcase guest favorites from the past, specialty cocktails spanning from the 1980s to today’s trends, and tap takeovers from local breweries to help mark this milestone.
